Although his expertise is in crafting lifelike, one-of-a-kind restorations, Dr. George Cho enjoys building relationships with his patients. As a skilled prosthodontist, he cares about the health and aesthetics of each person’s smile and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results every time.
Education & Background
Dr. George Cho received his dental degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1987. He then attended the Advanced Education in Prosthodontics Program at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and graduated from the program in 1990. He has since been a full-time faculty member and maintains a private practice limited to prosthodontics in Torrance, California.
Work as an Educator
He is an Associate Professor in the Division of Restorative Sciences, Co-Director of the Advanced Education in Prosthodontics, and the Pre-doctoral Director of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Cho initiated the pre-doctoral implant program in 2002 and has been deeply involved with educating students in the restorative and treatment planning of dental implants.
He has developed and taught courses at the pre-and post-doctoral levels, primarily focused on dental esthetics, implants, and fixed prosthodontics. He has also published several articles and lectured on the topics of restorative dentistry and dental materials.

Dr. Cho is a fellow of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Western Los Angeles Dental Society.
